My first chr in HTML5

People said that HTML5 is very powerful, something that I don’t disagree. I was wondering whether HTML5 could be apply to do interactive/dynamic visualization in the genomic world.

I plot human chr1, and the good thing is that you can zoom a lot, so maybe is very useful to plot multi-features genomic situations and then zooming to a specific region.
